At Morocco Camel Trips, we understand that travel plans may change. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and booking changes are handled. Please read this page carefully before you confirm your reservation.<\/span><\/p>

Cancellation Notice<\/b><\/h2>

All cancellations must be made in writing through email or direct message. Verbal cancellations are not considered valid. <\/span>The effective cancellation date will be the day we receive your written cancellation request.<\/p>

Refund Policy<\/b><\/h2>

Cancellations made seven days before the tour may receive a full refund. Cancellations made between three and six days may receive a partial refund. Cancellations made less than forty eight hours before departure are non-refundable.<\/span><\/p>

Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.<\/span><\/p>

Deposit Policy<\/b><\/h2>

A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. The deposit secures your reservation and planning arrangements.<\/span><\/p>

No Show Policy<\/b><\/h2>

If a client does not arrive at the agreed meeting point, the booking will be considered no show. No-show bookings are non-refundable.<\/span><\/p>

Changes to Booking<\/b><\/h2>

Clients may request date changes before departure. Changes depend on availability and may involve additional costs. <\/span>We will make every reasonable effort to fulfill appropriate requests.<\/p>

Weather and Force Majeure<\/b><\/h2>

Tours may be affected by weather conditions or events beyond our control<\/a><\/strong>. In such cases, we may offer an alternative date or tour. Refund decisions will depend on the situation.<\/span><\/p>

Company Cancellation<\/b><\/h2>

If Morocco Camel Trips cancels a confirmed booking<\/a><\/strong>, a full refund will be provided. We may also offer an alternative service of equal value.<\/span><\/p>

Refund Processing<\/b><\/h2>

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time. <\/span>Where feasible, refunds will be processed through the same payment method<\/strong><\/a> used for the original transaction.<\/p>
