Cancellation Notice

All cancellations must be made in writing through email or direct message. Verbal cancellations are not considered valid. The cancellation date will be the date we receive your written notice.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made seven days before the tour may receive a full refund. Cancellations made between three and six days may receive a partial refund. Cancellations made less than forty eight hours before departure are non-refundable.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Deposit Policy

If a client does not arrive at the agreed meeting point, the booking will be considered no show. No-show bookings are non-refundable.

Clients may request date changes before departure. Changes depend on availability and may involve additional costs. We will try to accommodate reasonable requests.

Weather and Force Majeure

Tours may be affected by weather conditions or events beyond our control. In such cases, we may offer an alternative date or tour. Refund decisions will depend on the situation.

Company Cancellation

If Morocco Camel Trips cancels a confirmed booking, a full refund will be provided. We may also offer an alternative service of equal value.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible. Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
