Day 1: Errachidia - Merzouga Desert

Your 3-day desert tour from Errachidia to Fes begins with a warm welcome at Moulay Ali Cherif airport, where your private driver/guide awaits. Prepare to be mesmerized as we embark on a scenic drive through the awe-inspiring palm Ziz Valley en route to the magical Merzouga desert. As the day unfolds, we reach the Erg Chebbi dunes, where a comfortable Riad/hotel nestled at the dunes’ feet provides a tranquil overnight haven.

Day 2: Explore the Desert Area & Camel Trek

What's the best way to fly to/from Morocco?

Our tours have been featured based on 4 main Moroccan cities Tangier, Marrakech, Fes & Casablanca. Casablanca International Airport remains the most popular one with a wide range of flights from all over the world followed by Marrakech Menara Airport…You can join Tangier by ferry from Spain crossing the Strait of Gibraltar…

Do I need a Visa to enter Morocco?

For citizens of many countries, you do not need a visa to enter Morocco. You will receive an entry stamp in your passport upon arrival.

You do not need to apply for a tourist visa for the Morocco Tour if you are a citizen of the United States, Canada, Australia, Great Britain or any of the other countries listed here.

You will need a passport that is valid for six months beyond your stay and a round-trip airline ticket. The passport must have at least one blank page.

How do exchange money in Morocco?

If you have US dollars, Euros, or British Pounds, you can exchange money at an exchange bureau upon arrival at the airport or at your hotel but the rate won’t be quite as good as exchange bureaus we’ll find elsewhere. Our guide can help find the best place to exchange your cash for local currency.

There is often a problem making a change in Morocco, and it can be difficult to pay with large banknotes, so be sure to get smaller denomination banknotes (10s and 20s) as this will make your life easier when paying for inexpensive items such as drinks and souvenirs.

Will we bring luggage to the Sahara Desert?

Yes. We will be spending just one or two nights maximum in the Sahara and while we will be traveling to the tented camp via camel (optional), the luggage will be taken via vehicle or you can securely lock it in the hotel/Riad in charge of managing the desert camp.

Will we have power in the tents at the luxury camp in the Sahara?

Yes, there’s definitely power in the tents.
